Prior to your event, Mill 1 Event Managers will guide you (or work with your Planner) in making sure you have vendors booked and details ready for your special day. They work with you to create a detailed floor plan, arrange for your beverage needs, ensure your vendors have directions and know where to park, etc. On the day of your event, Mill 1 staff sets up tables and chairs, and the Event Manager puts out directional signage, welcomes your vendors, addresses any needs related to the space, and coordinates the flow of the event from start to finish when a planner/coordinator is not available. Mill 1 Event Managers do not decorate or help with the design process, so we always recommend a planner or day-of coordinator if you have the budget for one!
